Tracy is the best! My wife and I met Tracy when we were inquiring about a house this past winter. We were first time home buyers with lots of questions. At our first meeting, that particular house wasn't the one for us, but thank goodness we met Tracy.

She could tell that the house wasn't exactly what we were looking for, and when she learned that we would be new to the area, she offered to drive us around and show us around. She took us down streets with houses that were in our budget, explained proximity to things like train stations and schools, and gave us lots of great insight.

From there, we stayed in touch with her as we went to open houses in the Montclair and Glen Ridge area. She was always available for calls in the evening to talk over our findings and strategize on possible next steps. If we got confused while tackling open houses on our own, we always felt better after comparing notes with Tracy.

When we found "THE house," Tracy talked us through how to best position ourselves to the sellers. When we learned that we were under contract, she again was available for the Tuesday night call to go over exactly what we needed to do in order to keep the process moving smoothly. She attended our home inspection with us, she came to our final walkthrough the day of closing, and always with a reassuring presence that that was very helpful to first time home buyers like ourselves.

We can't imagine moving any time soon because we love our new home, but if that time does come around, we'll be calling Tracy again.
